![]() ![]() Same 3 Action Point system as AoW 3 (about 3 hex move per AP) or 2 Death + 3 Fire + 1 Wind for instance) small investment will get you basic stuff (stoneskin/bless) while big summons usually require multiple of the same element. You pick a total of 6 spheres of magic (air/water/fire/earth/death/life) with the only restriction being no opposites. Structures are simply flagged for income and do not need to be in your territoryįactions Lose instantly if their leader is killed (including the player) Many special Abilities can be used an unlimited number of times with no cooldown (dragon breath, charm, etc) A lot of people love this one, though I prefer AoW1.Īttack and Defense refer to "To Hit" and "Hit Avoid" there is a seperate Damage stat which generally cannot be reduced on succesful hits (This is used in AoW 1 / 2 / and SM)ĪLL Units have infinite retaliations and always attack twice ![]() Shadow Magic is almost the same game as AoW2, but more polished and more fun. I didn't think it was a very good sequel and it has my least favourite story. Someone put all the campaign storylines up just a week ago.)ĪoW2 is pretty skippable.
